For the 1861 census, William was at his parents’ home but he was not there for the 1881 census.
He was probably the William Chatterton Friswell whose marriage was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1864 in Kensington, Greater London, London, Middlesex. Vol 1A, P 275. Women with their marriage registered on the same page were Agnes Jane Wright and Matilda Butler.
