A horse and buggy was sent for the doctor. Vera was the only baby for whom a doctor was needed. Her brother, Phil, drove 80 miles to register her birth. He registered her as Jane Vera INCLEDON but her parents christened as Vera Jane INCLEDON
Vera attended Arrarat Catholic School.
Vera and John were living in Melbourne when her father died in 1934.
