William Henry AYERS, was present at the death of his father Henry Nutton AYERS in 1868 and was the informant for Henry’s death certificate. William was buried on 28 Feb 1888 at Abney Park Cemetery, London, in same grave as his parents. The burial records show he was aged 38 years, so born ca 1850 and his last address was 127 King Henry Road, N.W. Burial 081474, Section L09, Index 3S08.

His sister Mary Amelia Hartley was buried in the same grave on 15 Apr 1926, aged 73 so born ca 1853 (burial 144352, index 7A11, address given as 20 Brunswick Place, Hove) and also Edward Ernest AYERS 15 Jun 1877, 17 years, burial 061551 in Section L09 Index 2S12. 77

WILLIAM HENRY AYERS, Deceased.

Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."

NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of William Henry Ayers, late of 21, Mincing-lane, in the city of London, and the Thatched House Club, St. James-street, W., Gentleman (who died on the 23rd day of February, 1888, and whose will was proved by Anthony George Hockley and Arthur Robert Ayers, the executors therein named, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 2nd day of June 1888), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, or demands to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 19th day of July, 1888; and notice is hereby given, that at the expiration of that time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose debt, claim, or demands they shall not then have had notice. —Dated this 7th day of June, 1888
